Dog Walks and Drop-Ins
–Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice or more: No charge.
–Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled walk: Full service fee will be charged.
–Same-day bookings: Non-refundable once confirmed.
Overnight Care
–Cancellations made 14+ days before the start date: No charge.
–Cancellations made 7-13 days before the start date: 25% of the total invoice will be charged.
–Cancellations made 3-6 days before the start date: 50% of the total invoice will be charged.
–Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date: Full invoice amount will be charged.
Holiday Bookings
-Due to high demand, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
–Cancellations within 2 weeks of the holiday booking start date: Full invoice will be charged.
Sickness & Emergencies
-Client emergencies or pet illnesses may qualify for waived fees at the business owner’s discretion.
-If I must cancel due to an emergency, you will receive a full refund and 1 service credit for any prepaid services not completed.
Hurricane & Severe Weather
-If a hurricane watch or warning is issued for our service area, all upcoming services may be paused, modified, or cancelled for the safety of pets and me.
-Dog walking may be converted to a quick potty break or indoor enrichment depending on conditions.
-If you choose to cancel services due to an approaching hurricane, the regular cancellation policy still applies unless an evacuation order is issued.
-If an official evacuation order affects your home or our service area, all services during the evacuation period are fully refundable or credited, and no cancellation fees will apply.
