-I’ll get back to you ASAP to set up a time for us to meet at your location of choice
-I’ll send over the necessary forms (pet, client, vet release, services requested)
-Voila! Your pet has a new pal! Feel free to book a service!
Are you insured? What certifications do you hold?
Yes! I’m insured through Pet Care Insurance.
I hold certificates in Pet Sitting Business from UCF and Cat and Dog First Aid from the American Red Cross.
What are your service areas?
Lake Eola Heights, Thornton Park, South Eola, Central Business District, Park Lake Highland, and Lawsona/Ferncreek
Can you administer medication?
Yes. I have experience administering oral, topical, and injectable medication. When I meet you and your pet, you will walk me through your process so that everyone feels safe and comfortable with me giving them their meds.
How do I pay?
Apple Pay, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle- I’ll send you an invoice after we book.
What is your cancellation policy?
-You can read my policy here
Do you do group walks?
The walk that you book is dedicated to your dog so they get the attention they deserve and the service you pay for. If two dogs live nearby and I feel they might get along, I will ask the owners if it’s okay to set up a time for them to meet (free of charge) and go from there. I will not walk more than 2 dogs that are not part of the same household.
What happens in severe weather?
We live in Florida, so we all know it gets hot! I touch the pavement to check if it’s safe for their paws and stick to the shady areas and grass as much as I can. In extreme heat, we will likely keep it to just going potty and then back inside for playtime, enrichment, cuddles, or even walking around the building if you live in a condo.
Regular rain is no problem! I’ve got a good raincoat and boots 🙂
In the instance of thunderstorms, I might be delayed just to ensure my own safety upon arrival. I will get there ASAP and notify you of my arrival time.
If it is absolutely unsafe (hurricanes) and it is advised to stay inside for the day, I’ll have to cancel the service for that day and issue a full refund.
